Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup -

    Milk

  • 2 pgk -

    Pancetta

  • 1.5 cup -

    Parmigiano Reggiano (Parmesan)

  • 1 pgk -

    Spaghetti

  • 1 cup -

    Heavy Cream

  • 1 dash -

    Pepper

  • 2 pc -

    Egg

Steps:

  1. Cook the spaghetti for 12-16 min.

  2. Cook bacon bits in a separate pan until brown.

  3. Mix the egg, parmesan, milk, and heavy cream in a pan and simmer. Add the cooked spaghetti and stir for a few minutes.

  4. Serve, and add more parmesan and bacon bits on top.
